What is Virtual Summit as a Service (VSaaS)?
Virtual and hybrid summits aim to achieve the same end effect as traditional conferences: participants learn about a particular topic, and have to opportunity to exchange ideas with one another and with the organizer.

Why you should go virtual?
- Cut costs:
our unique virtual events tend to cost much less than in-person ones. That’s because going virtual does away with a lot of the expenses associated with renting large conference rooms. Venue rental fees and F&B can be expensive when using 5 stars hotels. Add in travel and accommodations, signage and other physical collateral, and you’re looking at an enormous spend – and high ROI expectations for your company.
- Reach way more people: when your summit is virtual, attendance isn’t limited by the size of a venue or who can be there. People can tune in from anywhere in the world – at home, in the office, or on the go – and at any time, if the event is recorded and made available on demand. You can make the presentations free to watch after the live event and viewers can easily share the content on social media.
- Remove restrictions: while participating in a physical event is a binary decision – either you do or you don’t – a hybrid event allows you to only participate in the parts you’re interested in. Asking registrants to opt-in to email blasts or requiring an email to access the replays can also be effective for lead generation.

For up to 8 speakers / no limit of attendees
Starting at US$ 12,000 for a one-day event

A full-featured and secure mobile-friendly website including homepage, registration process, speakers page, schedule page, partners/logos, ticket pages, and replays accessible.
- Facilitation and communications with speakers (client must provide list of speakers and email addresses) via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
- Onboarding and engaging with your speakers - populating their bios, adding photos, video recordings and making them feel supported
- Creation of email sequence for delegates and speakers e.g. welcome, session reminders, etc. (uploaded to platform for automation, delegates list can also be imported/exported)
- Promotional copy creation: including 3 event solo emails and 3 short texts for social media
- Social media banner creation: including 3 designs that can be used on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. (2 revisions included)
- Your company logo is featured on the main event banner (top of the homepage)

- Coordinating with your sponsors (or partners) to make them look their best
