A Focus Group is a group of supply chain professionals that has formed resulting from an area of common professional interest like warehouse management, transportation, indirect procurement, last mile, etc.
The aim of this focus group is to enhance the exchange of best practices and professional contacts between end-users shippers, 3PLs and technology vendors. They gives its members the opportunity to exchange experience, knowhow, tips and advice with a certain type of software or technology solution implementation like WMS, TMS, eProcurement, etc.
Those focus groups are Pan-Asia in scope and will include senior supply chain leaders from end-users shippers (manufacturers, retailers and brand owners) and 3PLs who are interested to exchange knowledge and ideas. Those groups are endorsed by the Global Supply Chain Council (GSCC) and hosted within our online community.
Our members include senior decision makers and influencers from leading manufacturers, retailers and brand owners around APAC (see demographics). More on the Roundtables
These roundtables are an effective way to engage in a two-way conversation with an intimate group of minimum 15-20 senior-level prospects and customers, recruited by GSCC. As the sole sponsor, the environment provides for in-depth conversations, candid feedback, and peer-to-peer networking between Infor and a qualified audience.
This opportunity will save you the time and inconvenience of setting up individual meetings with these key stakeholders, and offers an invaluable group dynamic.
For each roundtable organized, you will receive:
- A co-branded event page describing the concept, format, speakers and topics to be discussed at the roundtable. One of the key benefits for attendees is the possibility to invite their supply chain and IT teams to watch the discussion live, view an example here.
- A registration page where interested executives can be verified/validated using a mini questionnaire (job title, country, company, topics, specific challenges). Registrants can be vetted by GSCC/sponsor if necessary.
- Co-hosting and moderation with a sponsor or another speaker of the virtual roundtable (using Zoom or offline).
- Optional pre-roundtable meeting to brief our team to help tailor discussion and make the best use of your allotted time.
- Two email marketing campaign sent directly to the inbox of senior-level or director/and above supply chain, procurement, and logistics executives in selected countries/geographies (to be discussed with sponsor).
- Ten social media posts (banner + short text) shared over 30 days and on Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and WeChat groups.
- Full contact information for all roundtable registrants.
All the above package also guarantees:
- Video recording of the roundtable to be given to sponsor. The video will not be used or broadcasted publicly.
