(“GSCC”) establishing the terms and conditions under which you may access GSCC Materials. By paying an invoice or accessing of any GSCC Materials you expressly agree these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not process an invoice or access GSCC Materials.
“GSCC Materials” means those materials published in GSCC’ Resource Catalog, including both GSCC-owned products and materials that GSCC does not own, but which GSCC is authorized to resell.
GSCC materials are produced, distributed, owned, and copyrighted by GSCC. GSCC Materials are for the participants’ personal, educational use only. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited. Neither Affiliate nor any participant may photocopy, duplicate, translate, display, upload, modify, distribute, transfer (electronically or otherwise), or create derivative works of GSCC’ Materials, or any adaptation, transcription, portion, or merged portion thereof, except as expressly authorized in writing by GSCC’ Founder. In the event of any breach of this paragraph, Affiliate must be responsible for any and all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by GSCC in enforcing the foregoing.
Affiliate and participants must not use GSCC’ service marks, trademarks and logos without the GSCC’ prior written consent, and if such consent is provided, in a manner approved by GSCC.

GSCC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND RELATING TO THE INFORMATION AND MATERIALS (EDUCATIONAL OR OTHERWISE) PRESENTED, DISTRIBUTED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY GSCC OR INSTRUCTOR TO AFFILIATE OR PARTICIPANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR: (i) ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROGRAM, THE STUDENT COURSE MATERIALS OR ANY GSCC MATERIALS; OR (ii) ANY CLAIM ALLEGING THAT THE PROGRAM OR GSCC MATERIALS ARE DEFICIENT OR INADEQUATE; OR (iii) ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF INSTRUCTOR. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS UPON DAMAGES AND CLAIMS SHALL APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN BREACHED OR PROVEN INEFFECTIVE. IF ANY PORTION OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, BE HELD BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE OR IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT PORTION SHALL BE NULL AND VOID, AND THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. IN THE EVENT OF NON-PERFORMANCE OR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY GSCC, GSCC' TOTAL LIABILITY TO AFFILIATE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE MORE THAN THE PROGRAM FEE SET FORTH HEREIN.THIS THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF ECONOMIC DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION WILL NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS RELATED TO A PARTY’S (i) FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH LAWS, OR (ii) BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY, OR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
This Agreement must be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Neither party may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the other party’s express written consent. In the event that any term of this Agreement is, becomes, or is declared to be invalid or void by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such terms shall be null and void and shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and all the remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by a party to insist upon strict performance of any term, covenant, or condition contained herein shall not be deemed a waiver of that party’s right to insist upon the strict performance of such term, condition or covenant in the future.
Both parties shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in performing their duties hereunder and in any of their dealings with respect to the Program. All notices required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be either delivered by hand, or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses set forth below, and to the attention of the undersigned.
Your invoice is non-refundable. GSCC has no obligation to reimburse you for any portion of this invoice for any reason.

Events Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to delegates that book onto events or activities delivered by the Global Supply Chain Council (GSCC).
Attending an Event
All our events have limited seating, so to ensure your attendance we encourage advance online registration and payment for ALL events. We cannot guarantee entry to anyone not registered in advance. Most of our events are conducted in English, but please check the event page to avoid any confusion.
Online / In-Person Event
If the number of in-person delegates is not sufficient to reach the minimum guarantee, the event will only be conducted online (as a webinar). Delegates who have registered for the in-person event will automatically be invited to the webinar and receive extra passes for their colleagues (equivalent to the amount paid).
Program/date changes
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date. Any changes occurring around the event will be published immediately on the website. The event date might also be changed at any time if the number of delegates is not sufficient to reach the minimum guarantee enforced by the venue.
Events Cancellation & transfers
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future GSCC event. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days before the event date. We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 1 week prior to the event.
Transfers
If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the event. A delegate place can also be transferred to another event. In the event of non attendance you will be liable for the full cost of the place.
Members Discounts
GSCC members can receive a discount by purchasing an advance ticket at least 24 hours before the day of the event. You must pay online at the time of registering for the event to be eligible for a discount. Discounts will not be available to members at the door.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Where payment has not been made by the time of the event, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket but the full booking cost will remain due.
Invoices, receipts and fapiaos
For events booked on GSCC website, you can request an e-invoice during the registration or after the registration process. We cannot issue Chinese invoices (or fapiaos) when registration is made on GSCC website because the payment is made in US$. If you need a fapiao, make sure to complete your registration using Yoopay or other Chinese ticketing platform mentioned on the event page. In order for us to prepare a fapiao, please send us your company details in Chinese by email at invoice {at} chainmedia.com.
Data Protection
By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow GSCC and companies associated with the event to contact you as required for the organisation and administration of the event. The contact details of registered delegates will be placed on the attendee list and this list might be provided to sponsors. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should advise at the time of booking.
Filming and sound recording
GSCC reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of the speakers at an event for post event purposes. Delegates are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of delegates within any recording or photographs.
